Sour Cream Bleu Cheese Dressing Recipe - Food.com
A friend of mine gave me this recipe more than 30 years ago. It is still the best Bleu Cheese dressing I've had.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces blue cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced (or garlic powder)
- 1 cup sour cream (I almost always use plain yogurt, drained of whey)
- 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
