• 1 oz yeast, fresh, (1 1/2 oz depending on brand of yeast)
• 2.7 oz salt
• 3 ltr water, cool
• 4 ltr Caputo “00” flour blue
• 3 1/2 ltr kyrol high gluten flour
• 3 1/2 cups basil, leaves, fresh, torn
• 2/3 cup oil, olive, extra virgin
• 1/3 cup Real California® Parmesan, grated
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• 2/3 cup pistachios, finely ground
• salt and pepper, to taste
• 2 to 4 drops food coloring, green, if desired
• 5 onion(s), thinly sliced
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1 head Real California® black garlic
• 5 oz Real California® Mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup spinach, fresh baby , organic
• 1 cup mushroom(s), fancy, thinly sliced
• 1 cup tomato(es), mini, sliced
• 2/3 cup peppadew peppers
• oregano leaves
