- 2 heads of Romaine lettuce, washed, dried, and torn
- 2 fresh pears or 1- 15 ounce can of pears, cut into slices or chunks
- ½ pound fresh strawberries, sliced
- Sugared almonds
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- Dash of Tabasco
