• 1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated orange zest, plus 1 tablespoon juice

• 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 1 /2 teaspoons paprika
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 12 slices Swiss cheese (8 ounces)
