Ingredients

• 1.5kg chicken drumsticks
• 1kg Carisma Potatoes, chopped into 1.5cm cubes
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 4 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 tsp white pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• Herbs to garnish (your preference, but we chose coriander, parsley, chives, spring onions)
