- 1 tbs Cinnamon
- 4 apples (peeled, cored and sliced)
- 1 tbs Baking Powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil (melted)
- 1 stick Butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup Apple Juice
- 1 tbs Vanilla extract
- Confectioners’ sugar
