• 1 cup butter
• 1/2 cup canola oil
• 2 cups sugar
• 6 eggs
• 2 limes (zest only)
• 1 3/4 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups flour, sifted
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1/4 cup lime juice
