Ingredients

• 2 medium sweet corn
• 1 ½ Tbsp olive oil
• 3 tsp garlic powder, divided
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 Tbsp BBQ sauce
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
• 1 medium chipotle chili in adobo, chopped
• ¼ cup cilantro leaves, chopped
• ¼ lime, juiced
• 1 sprinkle crumbled feta cheese (or Cotija), for topping
