Apple-Fennel Turkey Burgers | Cook Smarts

Ingredients

• 2 cloves Garlic, minced
• 1 bulb Fennel, diced ((may also be known as anise))
• 1 Red onion, diced
• 1 Granny smith apple, peeled & diced
• 1 lb Ground turkey
• 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
• 2 tsp Fennel seeds ((may also be known as anise seed))
• 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
• 1 Tbsp Cooking oil
• 4 slices Cheese of choice (opt)
• 4 Hamburger buns ((use whatever bread you'd like!))
• 6 oz Mixed greens
• 8 Strawberries, sliced
• 1 1/2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
• 2 tsp Berry jam
• 3 Tbsp Cooking oil
• 1/4 cup Nuts of choice
