• 1 12oz box of pasta, cooked according to package instructions
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1 ½ cups whole milk
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
• ¾ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
• ¾ cup gouda cheese, shredded
• 2-3 tbsp Cloud23 Hot Habanero Hot Sauce, plus more for topping
