Ingredients

• 2 Stalks Lemongrass, smashed with back of a knife and and cut in 2” pieces
• 1” Knob Ginger, peeled and sliced
• 1 Cup White Sugar
• 1 Cup Water
• 1 Bag Jasmine Green Tea
• 2 oz Cal & Gary's Vodka
• 1 oz Egg Whites
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Lemongrass Syrup
• Candied Ginger, for garnish
