Ingredients

• I pkg bacon
• 2 large handfuls spinach chopped up
• 3 pkg 454g mushrooms sliced up
• 4 tsp garlic
• 1 tsp Dried thyme
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1/8 cup red wine vinaigrette
• 6 cups chicken stock
• 2 cups half and half
• 2 red peppers cut up
