• 1.5 cup creamy peanut butter (not natural)
• 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
• 3.5 cup powdered sugar (sifted)
• 0.25 cup heavy cream (or milk)
• 1.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
• Pinch salt (optional)
• 0.75 cup heavy cream
• 170 g dark or semi-sweet chocolate (chopped)
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter
• Optional Garnishes
• 0.25 cup roasted peanuts (chopped)
• Mini peanut butter cups (halved)
