Nutter Butter Cookies ? Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 stick unsalted butter softened
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• Pinch of salt
• For Peanut Butter Frosting: 4 tablespoon butter softened (1/2 stick)
• 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons milk
