Ingredients

• 1 cup old fashioned oatmeal
• 5 tbsp. butter
• 1/2 cup boiling water
• 1-1/2 cup flour
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 2 eggs (, beaten)
• 3/4 Chatfield's Carob Chips
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup pancake syrup
• 1/3 cup Chatfield's Date Sugar
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts ( (optional))
