• 3 tablespoons Oil
• 1 medium onion (sliced)
• 1 piece each bell peppers ((use red, green, and yellow bell peppers (sliced thinly)), sliced thinly)
• 1/2 Cup Butter (melted)
• 10 pieces Wheat Tortillas
• 1 Cup cheddar cheese (grated)
