- 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (19 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 TBSP chili powder
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1 TBSP canola oil
