• 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
• 2 large carrots (chopped)
• 1.1 pounds potatoes (cut into bite-sized pieces)
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 2 bay leaves
• 3 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 cups puréed tomatoes
