Raisin Cake

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp ground cloves
• 3 cups apples, peeled and chopped
• 1 cup Dark Raisins
• 1/2 cup chopped English Walnuts
