• 1/2 cup (125 ml) apricot nectar, cold
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) vodka
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) orange liqueur (optional)
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
• 2 tsp (10 ml) egg white
