Ingredients

• For the Cake Batter
• 2-1/4 cups of All Purpose Flour
• 3/4 of a cup of Cocoa Powder
• 1 tsp of Salt
• 1 tsp of Baking Powder
• 2 tsp of Baking Soda
• 2 cups of Granulated Sugar
• 1 cup of water
• 1 Cup of Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature
• 1 Tbsp of Instant Coffee Granules
• 3 Eggs
• 1/3 cup of Milk
• 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
• For the Syrup
• 1 can ( 432 grams) of pineapple syrup
• For the topping
• Cherries for decoration
• Shavings of Chocolate
• 400 ml of fresh Cream
• 6 tbsp of powdered Sugar
