• 4 pork chops (boneless) (boneless or bone in)
• salt

• 1 TSP of
• 2 TBSP of olive oil (adjust if needed)
• 1 TBSP of unsalted butter
• 6 cloves of garlic - peeled and minced
• ¼ cup of honey
• ¼ cup of water (adjust if needed, or chicken broth)
• 2 TBSP of rice wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar, or any white vinegar)
• parsley - fresh and finely chopped
• 1x Measuring Cups
