• 1/3 cup (85 ml) cilantro, finely chopped

• 1 mango, peeled and diced
• 1 avocado, peeled and diced
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) red onion, finely diced
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) red pepper, finely diced
