Hot Honey Olives on a Bed of Whipped Feta | Alex & Spencer Recipes | Umami

Ingredients

• 1 jar of Sicilian olives
• 1/4 cup olive oil (I used @Its.Olio !!!)
• 2 tsp honey
• 1 tsp chilli flakes (or to taste)
• 1/4 cup of parsley, chopped
• 1 clove of garlic, crushed
• Zest of 1 lemon
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 block of feta
• 2 heaps tbsp greek yogurt
• Drizzle of honey
