S’mores Cookies Gelson's

Ingredients

• 1 ¾ sticks Kerrygold Pure Irish unsalted butter, room temperature
• ½ cup superfine sugar
• ½ cup light brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 ⅔ cups flour
• 1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 ⅓ cups mini marshmallows
• 1 bar of dark chocolate, roughly chopped
