• 2 1/2 tsps ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp salt
• Pinch black pepper
• 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
• 1 stick butter, at room temperature
• 1 large egg
• 1/4 cup molasses
• 1 Orange - zest
• 2 tbsps orange juice
