- 3 large egg yolks
- 1/3 cup dry Marsala or cooled coffee
- 1 1/2-2 cups mascarpone (or soft cream cheese)
- 1 cup heavy (whipping) cream
- 24 savoiardi (Italian ladyfingers - one package)
- cocoa, for dusting
