• 1 teaspoon non-alum baking soda
• 2 teaspoons ground ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon allspice
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/4 cup molasses (preferably blackstrap)
• 1 egg substitute
