Peppermint Cake recipe by Mahfuza

Ingredients

• Peppermint cake (Sally)
• ¾ cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 2 ½ teaspoon baking powder
• 2/3 cup milk
• 1 ½ cup cake flour
• 1 teaspoon peppermint essence
• ½ teaspoon green colouring
• ¾ cup desiccated coconut
• 1.Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
• 2.add eggs one at a time and beat.
• 3.add in your milk,baking powder and flour beat nicely.
• 4.add peppermint essence and green colouring and beat.
• 5.Lastly add coconut and mix with a spatula.
• 6.Add batter in your baking pan and bake at 180 degrees till cake it done.
