- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp Smak Dab Mustard (Beer Chipotle, White Wine Herb, Curry Dijon)
- 1 tsp Smak Dab Hot Honey Jalapeno Mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
