• 1/2 tsp dry mustard
• 1.5 tsp salt
• 2 tsp pepper
• 2.5 cups whole milk
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 2 Tbsp Mr Bing Chili Crisp
• 1.5 cups Monterey Jack, freshly shredded
• 1.5 cups yellow sharp cheddar, freshly shredded
• 2 cups macaroni elbows, al dente
