Ingredients
- For the churros:
- 110g Unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp Caster sugar
- 210ml Water
- 150g Plain flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 Large eggs
- For the chocolate sauce:
- 200g Carnation Condensed Milk
- 90g Chocolate (we like half milk/ half dark
- but can be adapted to preference)
- 15g Unsalted butter
