• 1 large or 2 small heads Florida escarole, rinsed and sliced thin
• 4 heads Florida endive, sliced thin
• 1 bunch scallions, sliced thin
• 2 tablespoons Florida honey
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 1 ½ tablespoons spicy mustard
• ½ lemon, juiced
• 1 ½ teaspoons Florida seasoning blend (Everglades or your favorite)
• Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
