Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) 35 % cream
- 3 oz (90 g) bittersweet chocolate finely chopped
- 4 large egg yolks
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) sugar
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla extract
- Topping
- 2 graham crackers coarsely broken
- 1 cup (250 mL) mini marshmallows
- 1 oz (30 g) bittersweet chocolate melted or chocolate chips
