- 3⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lime zest , plus more for garnish
- 1 cup fresh lime juice (from 8 to 10 limes)
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1⁄4 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt or sour cream
