• 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats

• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 1/2 cups M&Ms
• Creme Filling:
• 2 egg whites
• 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Rainbow nonpareil sprinkles
