MyFridgeFood - Buffalo Turkey Burger

Ingredients

• 1 pound lean ground turkey
• 1/4 cup hot sauce (I used Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce)
• 1 T. ranch seasoning mix
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
• 1/3 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
• 1 T. light mayo
• 1 T. hot sauce, more if you want it hotter
• 1 T. crumbled blue cheese
