Ingredients

• 5 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 cup of sugar

• 6 tablespoons of melted butter (or oil)
• 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup lukewarm water
• 6 ounces of semi-sweet or dark chocolate
• 4 tablespoon of butter
• 1 tablespoon of cream
• Fresh berries
• Cake sprinkles
• Toasted coconut
