• 1/3 cup yellow onion, finely chopped

• 1 egg
• 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 3/4 cup cooked rice
• 1/8 cup Progresso™ Plain Bread Crumbs
• 1/2 of 9-oz package frozen chopped spinach
