The passion wagon is a delicious non-alcoholic cocktail courtesy of SohBar in Joburg. Easy to make and full of refreshing tang!
Ingredients
- <h3>Sohbar simple syrup</h3>
- 1L filtered water
- 250g high-quality fructose
- <h3>Sohbar star anise syrup</h3>
- 950ml SohBar simple syrup
- 13 whole star anise
- <h3>Cocktail</h3>
- 2 – 3 grapefruit wedges
- pulp of ½ granadilla
- 25ml pineapple juice
- 5ml (1 tsp) ginger juice
- 25ml SohBar star anise syrup
- 8 – 10 fresh mint leaves
- soda water, to top up
- SohBar Pure Pomegranate
- aromatic bitters foam, to garnish (optional)
