Ingredients

• 3 tbsp oil
• 1 onion (small, chopped)
• 2 tbsp green pepper
• 3 tbsp flour
• 2 tsp curry powder (or to taste)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Dash of pepper
• 1 cup can undiluted beef bouillon or 2 cubes dissolved in 2of water
• 2 cups beef (cubed)
• 2 cups white rice
• Parsley
