This week I have been back to the 80's and meddled with a classic dish. My Chicken Kiev-ish is a much simpler version of the old favourite.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, skin off
- 150g butter, melted
- 4 to 6 cloves garlic, dependent on how garlicky you like things, peeled
- A handful fresh parsley
- 100g fresh breadcrumbs, made from oldish bread
- Salt and pepper
- Mash and peas to serve, if you like
