Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 cup toasted pecans, finely chopped
• Pinch of salt
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• Seeds of 1/2 a vanilla bean
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
