• 1½ cups (375 ml) finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) packed light brown sugar

• 2 tsp (10 ml) lime zest
• ¾ cup (175 ml) freshly squeezed key lime (or regular lime) juice
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) white rum
• 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla

• 1 cup (250 ml) whipping cream, chilled
• ½ cup (125 ml) full-fat Greek yogurt
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) icing sugar
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) white rum
