• 2 slices thick cut bacon (chopped) (definitely add more :) )
• 1/2 medium onion (finely chopped)
• 1 rib celery (finely chopped)
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic

• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
• 3/4 pound Little potatoes (any varietal, about 15 potatoes)
• 4 ears corn
• 1/2 cup half and half cream
• 1 tablespoon corn starch
