It was dinnertime and I realized I was out of barbecue sauce, so I threw together a few ingredients I had in the fridge and a star was born.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Glicks Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Manischewitz Honey
- 2 cloves garlic or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Glicks Soy Sauce
- 1 mango, peeled and pitted (or 1 cup Beleaves frozen mango)
- 1/2 cup Gefen BBQ Sauce
- 12 chicken drumsticks, rinsed, dried, and trimmed of excess fat
