Ingredients

• 300g McCain Air Fryer Crispy Dippers
• 200g halloumi cheese, sliced into strips, pan-fried till browned
• 8  mini chorizo sausages, pan-fried in a little oil till cooked through
• 8 juicy cooked king prawns, mixed with a little herby pesto and some sundried tomatoes.
• A handful of mixed salad leaves
• A handful of kalamata olives
• Stuffed red peppers (optional, for extra colour)
• A couple of ready-made dips, we used red peeper and a sour cream and chive.
