Ingredients
- 300g McCain Air Fryer Crispy Dippers
- 200g halloumi cheese, sliced into strips, pan-fried till browned
- 8 mini chorizo sausages, pan-fried in a little oil till cooked through
- 8 juicy cooked king prawns, mixed with a little herby pesto and some sundried tomatoes.
- A handful of mixed salad leaves
- A handful of kalamata olives
- Stuffed red peppers (optional, for extra colour)
- A couple of ready-made dips, we used red peeper and a sour cream and chive.
