Spice Bean & Mince Stew

Ingredients

• 500 g beef mince
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 30 ml First Choice Olive Oil
• salt & pepper for seasoning
• 10 ml paprika
• 15 ml barbeque spice
• 5 ml chilli flakes
• 300 ml tomato, chopped
• 100 ml beef stock
• 300 g tinned mixed beans, rinsed and drained
• 70 g tomato paste
• 30 ml worcestershire sauce
• 375 ml flour
• 10 ml baking powder
• freshly ground pepper
• pinch of salt
• 60 ml fresh herbs (parsley, rosemary, thyme), chopped
• 80 g First Choice Butter, room temperature
• 220 ml First Choice Amasi
• egg wash for brushing
