Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
• 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Fat Free Half & Half or milk
• 24 green maraschino cherries, drained, cut in half*
• Chocolate chips or cinnamon candies
• Red decorator gel, if desired
